Tip 01
On part 1, drag the bird to the small stone on the cliff ledge, not to the hanging man. The bird needs the stone to peck before the upper man will climb up.
Tip 02
On part 2, the small ball on the cliff top edge is the only prop that moves the climbing man. Tapping the cliff face or the bird does not work, and the ball has to actually roll off the ledge.

On part 3, ignore the blue box and the small ball on the cliff top. The tree branch sticking out of the cliff face is the only thing that gives the climbing man a handhold.
Step-by-step solution
On part 1, drag the blue bird from the left side of the page over to the small stone on the cliff ledge near the top. The bird pecks the stone, the stone falls, and the upper man in the grey shirt climbs up to the cliff top.
On part 2, drag the small ball on the cliff top edge off the cliff so it rolls down the cliff face. The falling ball knocks the climbing man upward onto the cliff top next to the upper man.
On part 3, the scene resets with the upper man hanging off the cliff again, a brown tree branch sticking out of the cliff face, a small blue box and a small ball on the cliff top ledge, and the bird on the left.
Drag the tree branch down from the cliff face to the climbing man so he can grab it and use it to pull himself higher.
